Tsukoyomi (Mangkeyou): A powerful genjutsu that alters time in the victims mind. The victim can be tortured for three days max and still have chakra left for battle. (User must make eye contact with opponent, lasts for 2 post ~3 days~)

Implosion technique(Mangkeyou): Focus's on one area on the user, and that part gets blown away to a different place. (can only use three times in a battle)

Shoukyoko (Mangkeyou): creates a barrier around an opponent. Inside is very dense matter, so its harder to escape. Negative gravity pulls on opponent until there ripped apart. (Can only use twice.)

Ibento-tengai (Mangkeyou): Creates a rip in the fabric of matter. Pouring chakra into it, then collapsing it at a rapid pace will create a blackhole. This technique doesnt require to much chakra to create, but closing it is the problem.

Amaterasu (Mangkeyou): This technique creates a black flame that can cut through anything. It burns for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the chakra needed to use this, it is used on very limited basis. (Can only use twice)

Rokurenpatsu (six camber revolver): Utilizing the sharingan, rokurenpatsu is a very strong genjutsu. Created for assassinations, it puts the opponent in another realm in the mind, and can literally burns the opponent alive. While in this state of unconciousness, the opponent can go through 6 stages. The first being the weakest; effects can include hypnotism, and seeing things that arent there, to the 6th being the strongest; mental disruption, brain damage.(tomoe 3, lasts for 4 posts)

Yattsu-enjaku uieto(Eight small birds wait)(tomoe 2): Creates Eight fireballs that can wait, and attack on que.

Mirror Heaven ~ Earth change: opponent casts a genjutsu user can stop the genjutsu and turn it onto the opponent (tomoe 3 only)

Ephemeral: casts a genjutsu with the point of a finger (just gotta look at the hand) Controls what the opponent sees. Can show opponent their fears showing close friends degrading them. (lasts for 3 posts takes 3 to use again tomoe 3 only)

Sharingan Windmill Triple Blades: throws three large shuriken with wires attached. Can control the wires and wrap them around the opponent

Wind Jutsu

Genin Jutsu

- Dust Wind [Fuusajin]
A technique which uses a large fan that has been covered with a thin layer of sand to create a small sandstorm. This sandstorm is capable of deflecting weak attacks and covering objects in a thin layer of sand. The sand and dust kicked up by the fan is capable of blinding an opponent, if it gets in their eyes. | Chakra- 15 | Genin | Performed with a fan

- Wind Arrow Skill [Kaze Ya no Jutsu]
The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user's mouth. The arrow cannot easily be parried or blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. | Chakra- 5(Inc3) | Damage- 8(Inc3) | Advanced Genin

- Wind Bullet Skill [Kaze Tama no Jutsu]
Performing this jutsu like he or she would perform Wind Arrow Skill, the user spits out a bullet made of wind. Unlike its arrow counterpart, which may puncture the victim or even pass through their body, the bullet does not go pass through the body. It stops at the skin and causes a severe bruise, a direct and point blank hit could cause internal bleeding. | Chakra- 6(inc3) | Damage- 10(Inc3) | Advanced Genin | The user must know Wind Arrow Skill

- Wind Harpoon [Kaze no Sen]
This is a more advanced version of the Wind Needles. Instead of shooting out multiple smaller needles, the user fires a large harpoon made of air from his or her palm. Just like the wind needles, the harpoon can't easily be blocked or parried because it is made of air. Up to two harpoons may be fired at a time. | Chakra- 10 (Per Harpoon) | Damage- 15 (Per Harpoon) | Advanced Genin | The user must know Wind Needles

- Torrential Impact Skill [Shogeki no Jutsu]
This is a relatively simple jutsu that utilizes a large fan. By applying chakra along the fan and using powerful arm motions, this jutsu creates a powerful gust of wind that slams into the enemy, pushing him back. This jutsu may also be used defensively, to keep someone at bay or to knock projectiles away. When more power is applied, this jutsu is even capable of knocking a person back. | Chakra- 15(Inc2) | Damage- 10(Inc2)

- Wind Needles [Kaze no Hari]
The ability to control wind and shoot it like needles. The wind is usually formed on top of the user's finger and shot at will. This jutsu cannot be caught by bare hands due to the fact it is made from sheer wind, nor can it be stopped in its tracks. It can be shot with dozens at the same time, and does not have to move in a straight line. The needles are easier to spot than most due to the vacuum of air that they create. | Chakra- 5 (Per Needle) | Damage- 3 (Per Needle) | Genin | Using this jutsu does not count against the one jutsu per post rule.

- Wind Surge [Boufuu Kyouzuu no Jutsu]
A defensive jutsu at best. The user distills the air around him or she with his or her using chakra and at the exact moment of attack releases a large burst of air. The blast of wind goes out three feet and knocks a victim back at least five feet. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind is released from all sides of the body and stops projectiles. A cool down period of three posts is required before this jutsu can be used again, or the user's skin could be severely damaged. | Chakra- 40 | Damage- 20 | Genin | This just does not require hand-seals

Chuunin Jutsu

- Slicing Whirlwind Skill [Kamaitachi no Jutsu]
A jutsu that utilizes chakra and a weapon to create unusually large bursts of wind. In reality it is not an actual burst of wind but more of a tornado-like motion that slashes at objects. Like a real tornado, the wind expands as it goes farther and hits larger targets. | Chakra- 20 (Inc3) | Damage- 30 (Inc3) | Chuunin | Only the ANBU rank or higher may perform this jutsu without the use of a fan or similar weapon

- Wind Bolt Skill [Kaze Kongou no Jutsu]
Most offensive wind techniques focus on a huge burst of wind that slams into the opponent's whole body. This wind jutsu condenses the wind down into a spear like bolt of swirling wind. One could almost grab onto this wind since it is so condensed down, though anyone doing so would likely find their hand removed from their body. After doing hand seals the bolt of wind flies towards its intended target in a jagged pattern, almost like lightning. If it hits, the bolt will leave a deep puncture wound or may even impale the opponent. | Chakra- 20(Inc2) | Damage- 30(Inc2) | Chuunin | User must know Wind Harpoon

- Wind Drill Skill [Kaze Kiri no Jutsu]
An advanced version of the Wind Bolt Skill, this jutsu condenses the wind down into a spear like a drill of swirling air currents. One could almost grab onto this wind since it is so condensed down, though anyone doing so would likely find their hand removed from their body. After doing hand seals the bolt of wind flies towards its intended target. The drill is even capable of tearing and drilling through solid rock. | Chakra- 40(Inc2) | Damage- 60(Inc2) | Advanced Chuunin | User must know Wind Bolt Skill

ANBU Jutsu

- Armor of Wind [Kaze no Yoroi]
The user manipulates his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around his body. The wind forms a circle around the user ten feet in diameter, picking up debris and acting as armor for the user. Debris on the ground, as well as projectiles thrown towards it, becomes part of the armor and merely strengthens it. A taijutsu user is useless against the armor as the ninja will be knocked away or, in a worse case scenario, become apart of it. | Chakra- 80 | Damage- 30 | ANBU | Effect lasts one post.

- Grand Slicing Whirlwind Skill [Daikamaitachi no Jutsu]
This jutsu is a stronger form of Slicing Whirlwind Skill that creates a much larger gust of wind. This jutsu, because of its severity, has the power to be both an offensive and defensive move all at once. A much larger tornado is shot forth horizontally. Instead of cutting mere branches down, it has the capability of ripping the trees to shreds. The Grand Slicing Whirlwind even has the ability to blow chakra waves away. | Chakra- 30 (Inc3) | Damage- 50 (Inc3) | ANBU | Only S-Rank ninja may use this skill without the use of a fan or similar weapon.

- Wind Element; Wind Dragon Skill [Fuuton; Furyuu no Jutsu]
This jutsu creates a traditional blue Chinese Dragon from the wind. The dragon is about twenty feet long with a red mane. The color, however, is not distinct because the wind borders transparency. The dragon fires one bolt of wind from its mouth before ramming into an object the next post. | Chakra- 150 | Damage- 100 | Advanced ANBU | Damage is the same for the bolt and the dragon.

- Wind Gloves Technique [Kaze Tebukuro no Jutsu]
This jutsu causes surrounding wind to swirl around the user's hands, creating gloves that can rip up opponents on contact. Anything that comes in contact with or goes through the ball of chakra will be cut up by the wind slashing around inside. The user's hand is protected by a thin layer of chakra resting between his hand and the swirling wind. These 'gloves' don't break when they hit something because the user keeps a constant supply of chakra going through the balls and around their hands. | Chakra- 20 (Every Post) | Damage- 30 (Per Strike) | Advanced ANBU | Normal melee damage is still applied when the user punches.

Jounin Jutsu

- Wind Blade [Kaze no Yaiba]
This jutsu causes a powerful tornado of wind that surrounds the user's arm. The tornado is thin, and the other end comes to a point about 5' away from the user (shorter distances are possible). The sword cannot be blocked due to it being made of wind but it can be dodged. | Chakra- 100 | Damage- 50 | Jounin | Sword lasts 3 posts

- Wind Element; Steroid Blanks [Fuuton; Renkuudan]
The user collects chakra in his fist, summoning wind in a "blank round," and then pounds it into his stomach, directing the chakra through his stomach and out his mouth as powerful blasts of swirling wind embedded with incredible amounts of chakra that can clear whole stretches of forestry. Even the most powerful of ninjas can't create more then three blanks in a single battle without destroying their lungs. | Chakra- 65| Damage- 150 | Advanced Jounin

- Wind Element; Wind Dragon Blast Skill [Fuuton; Fuuryuudan no Jutsu]
Powerful attack that creates a huge surge of wind in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. If the victim is hit, it they will seem as if he or she is stuck inside a tornado. | Chakra- 100 | Damage- 200 | Jounin

S-Rank Jutsu

- Final Threshold of the Three Calamities: Fire, Flood and Storm [Sansai no Ketteiteki Shikiichi]
When a tornado is formed it picks up debris and sometimes other elements. A hurricane is a tornado on the water that has taken up the storm and water below it. Using this jutsu, the user performs it like they would a Grand Slicing Whirlwind, swinging the fan and firing the wind forth. When the tornado hits a sufficient amount of a required element, it takes up a new form. Each element and form is a calamity. | Chakra- 150 | Damage- 150* | S-Rank | The damage listed here is for the normal tornado, the damage for each individual calamity is listed below. The damage listed there replaces the one listed here. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of an element to actually change. As a general rule of the thumb, any jutsu of the ANBU rank or higher produces enough. As for natural resources, use only large quantities (such as lakes or forest fires).
-Flood: If the tornado hits a body of water a massive whirlpool-like tornado is sent towards the victim. When it hits the ground or victim a large flood is sent forward that could crush or drown the victim(s) | Damage- 400
-Fire: If the tornado hits a fire it would pick up the flames and still be shot forward towards the victim. The tornado would take flame qualities and a "flaming spin-cycle" would ensue. If it hit the ground or victim an explosion would occur and a large fire would be started. | Damage- 500
-Storm: If the tornado absorbs electricity or a cloud the tornado would turn gray with lightning flashes being seen in the tornado. It would be a thunder storm crossed with a tornado shot towards a victim. | Damage- 450

- Artificial Thin Mist Skill [Jinkouteki Ruikiri no Jutsu]
The user uses this jutsu around water to create a very thin mist. This mist is too thin to be used as any sort of cover but it can be used as a source for mist based jutsu. | Chakra - 5 | Lasts 3 posts | Academy

- Morning Dew [Asastsuyu]
The user creates mist again but instead of placing it in the air they place it on the ground. This makes the ground very slick and slippery for the opponent. Now while this is useless on dirt, sand, or dry ground it is very effective on grass and rocks. It can effect the user aswell, but the user does have the advantage of suprise| Chakra - 4 | Lasts 6 posts | Academy

- Gathering Water Supply Skill [Saishuu Kyuusui no Jutsu]
Naturally a ninja that utilizes jutsu that involve the use of water need water, naturally. As a way to combat lack of resources, this technique was developed in order to gather what is neccesary. A practictioner of this jutsu uses chakra to gather percipitation from the air, from condensation on objects, from plants into an area nearbyAs the user's skill progresses, the area from where the user collects the water and how much they can gather increases. | Passive | The user may perform any jutsu that uses water in the desc., but doesn't list having a large source of water nearby as a requirement. | Academy

- Underwater Breathing Technique [Suichuu Ikidzukai no Jutsu]
A basic jutsu whereby one uses chackra to force a large amount of air into the lungs. After which, the user then holds his or her breath and uses chackra to artificially recycle the air in their lungs to make the most of it. The end result is that the user is able to hold his or her breath for up to five minuets longer. | Chakra - 5 | Academy

- Carp Rapid-Fire Gun [Koi Sokushahou]
A simple jutsu that causes a person to gradually produce water in their mouth that can be spit out at an opponent. It can hit with enough force to stun your opponent if it is done properly. It can be done 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot per post. | Chakra- 5 per shot | Damage- 3 per shot| Genin | After 10 of the user's posts, any remaining shots are lost.

- Mist Blade [Kiri no Yaiba]
Using this technique the user can create an extended sharpened edge made of mist from their hands or an already existing weapon. | Chakra - 7(inc2) | Damage - 10 | Genin | The inc is for length. Originally it is only about one foot. The inc adds on another two feet. Must have mist in area. Lasts 3 posts

- Mist Clone Skill [Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu]
A technique that creates false clones of the user. The clones are used as a diversion while the user attacks. The clones are incapable of attacking, but any attacks made on them pass right through. | Chakra- 5 (Per Clone) | Genin

- Water Armor [Mizu no Yoroi]
A thin layer of water covers the user's whole body. It gives him/her a small protection by dampening the effects from (genin-level) fire techniques by cutting the damage done by them in half and does stand up against taijutsu. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of the user's chakra until its HP runs out. | Chakra- 15 (Every Post) | HP- 30 | Advanced Genin

- Water Clone Skill [Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu]
A skill which creates clones composed of water. The water clones are significantly weaker than the user but are still capable of inflicting damage on the opponent. A clone will have one fourth of the user's hp and stats, but no chackra. | Chakra- 10 (per clone) | Genin

- Water Element; Water Shuriken Technique [Suiton; Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu]
By using their chakra an opponent manipulates water to form shuriken from it. Once the shuriken cut, hit, or fall to the ground they return to water with no form. The water can be re-used. | Chakra- 10 (Per Shuriken) | Damage- 8 (Per Shuriken) | Advanced Genin| requires a water source bigger than 5 feet in diameter at least.

- Water Shield Technique [Mizu Tate no Jutsu]
A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. The shield lasts for 4 posts, and after the initial creation that user can manipulate the water. This allows for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable, stronger (Chuunin Level) techniques can get through it but it is a good defense against simple taijutsu techniques. | Chakra- 40 | Damage- 10 | HP- 35 | Advanced Genin | Must be near a large source of water to make anything but the basic shield. Lasts 4 posts.

- Waterfang Projectile [Suigadan]
The user sends his chackra into a nearby body of water and from it makes spikes of water that spin and can pierce an opponent. | Chakra - 7 (per projectile) | Damage - 5 (per projectile) | Genin

<CHUUNIN>

- Water Reflection Clone Technique [Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu]
A Jutsu that makes the user's reflection in the water able to step out and attack on its own. This type of Water Clone is just as powerful as the user is though the clone is unable to use any form of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. A single hit destroys this clone. | Chakra- 12 (per clone) | Chuunin

- Choking Fog [Ikigurushii Enmu]
The user super condenses the mist near the opponent making it hard to breathe. Although this isn't enough to kill someone or to do any real damage, it is enough to slow down their movements and place them into a panic-stricken state of mind. This altered state of mind helps the user in pulling off plans or just in simply finding them. | Chakra - 25 | Chuunin | Lasts for 5 posts, must use with hidden mist skill

- Hidden Mist Skill [Kirigakure no Jutsu]
A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick fog, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his eyes this jutsu does not provide a significant combat advantage. A technique in which the user summons up a large spiraling vortex around him or herself. It can be used as both a defensive and offensive tool. - Frozen Water Shield Technique [Touketsu Mizu Tate no Jutsu]
A shield of water is formed around the user that freezes partially when struck. The shield lasts for 4 posts, and after its initial creation the user can manipulate the water. This allows for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like to come out. Any attacking appendage freezes momentarily before striking, increasing the amount of potential damage dealt. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable, stronger techniques can get through it but it is a good defense against simple and intermediate taijutsuattacks. | Chakra- 60 (per post) | Damage- 25 | HP- 40 | ANBU | Must be near a large source of water to make anything other than a basic shield. - Mist Instantaneous Body Skill [Kiri Shunshin no Jutsu]
A technique which allows the user to transport from one place to another in a veil of mist. | Chakra- 40 (25 if in a misty environment) | ANBU | Once per battle, transports up to 600 yards.

- Poison Mist [Doku Kiri]
The user spews forth a giant cloud of poisonous mist from his or her mouth that blankets an area of a 30 ft radius in a dark green mist. This mist is comprised of a weak poison that irritates the opponents' throat and lungs causing them to go into long and painful coughing fits. | Chakra - 40 | ANBU | Lasts 3 posts

- Water Chains Technique [Suikusari no Jutsu]
Creates chains made of water and binds an enemie's ankles and wrists. The strength and power of these chains depends on how skilled the user is with ninjutsu. - Water Element; Water Cannon Technique [Suiton; Suihou no Jutsu]
A skill that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to push down to cause physical damage. The user can spit three such beams consecutively, or fire them off one per post. - Water Instantaneous Body Skill [Mizu Shunshin no Jutsu]

- Water Collision Destruction [Suishouha]
After creating a large tornado of water the user can make it bear down on their opponent and move it at their will. Purely offensive and lacks any defensive capabilities. | Chakra - 50 (per tornado) | Damage - 70 (per tornado) | ANBU | must be performed around a large source of water.

Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for 10 posts before draining into the sand. The depth of the water once the wave has settled is anywhere between 8 to 10 feet. | Chakra- 200 | S-Rank

Creates a large body tourniquet out of nearby water to wrap around an opponent or an unruly prisoner restraining their legs and arms. Snow Blindness [Setsumou]
Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective.The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision. |Chakra- 45| Jounin| This jutsu does not count in the one jutsu per post limit ONLY when used with the Hidden Mist skill. must be performed near a body of water unless when used with the Hidden Mist skill.

- Water Element; Water Barrier [Suiton; Suijinheki]
An ultimate defense of the Mist Shinobi, Suiton Suijinheki requires a great deal of water to work. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. This protects against any fire technique, as well as any Ninjutsu that are projectiles by nature. Attempting to breach the barrier with Taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current. | Chakra- 100 Damage- 35 if opponent is caught in the barrier.| Advanced Jounin | Lasts Two Posts

- Grand Water Explosion Technique [Daibakufu no Jutsu]
After performing a long string of handseals the user creates a spiraling column of water that will circle the user and afterwards the user can force it to erupt into the opponent. Due to the immense force of the attack the opponent will be under the mercy of the water as it drags them away from the user. | Chakra - 120 | Damage - 170 | Requires 8 strength to not be pulled away | Jounin| Must be near a large source of water.

- Water Element; Water Shark Blast Technique [Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu]
A powerful attack that requires its target to be on or near the water, this technique creates a large shark comprised of water that can be used to attack in one of two ways. Primarily, the shark is sent towards the opponent at a charge, attempting to strike the opponent with extreme bashing force as well as trying to rend him with its teeth. The second, more devious use involves the shark attempting to swallow the opponent. In this case, the shark is hidden under the water until it attacks. If it manages to swallow an opponent, he is trapped within a sphere of water for 2 posts as the shark itself dissolves. After an attack, successful or not, it vanishes. | Chakra- 80 | Damage- 100 | Jounin | Must be near a large source of water.

An attack used in conjunction with any clone skill. The user remains underground while the enemy wastes their time and energy fighting with clones. - Earth Element; Mud River [Doton; Doryu Taiga]
In this common earth jutsu, the user converts part of the floor\ground that he and his opponent are standing on into a sliding river of mud and earth. The opponent quickly loses his or her standing and starts sliding wherever the mud river will take him or her. | Chakra- 20 | Advanced Genin

- Knight of Dust [Chiri no Kishi]
A technique where the user gathers dust and dirt particles and makes them into armor. The user brings forth the particles to their skin then adheres them to their skin and infuses them with chackra making a thin layer of weakened armor. - Stone Sword Skill [Iwaken no Jutsu]
By placing their hand on the ground and infusing it with chackra the user is able to pull out a sword made of stone. - Earthen Flower [Tsuchihana]
A technique where the user makes a large flower made of stone come from the ground and clasp onto the opponent's leg. - Subtle Shockwaves [Seichi Yoshin]
A good deal of strength is required on the user's part for this jutsu. The user gathers up some chackra into their fist and punches the ground send a strong vibrating shockwave through the ground that will knock an opponent off balance. | Chackra - 20 | Requires 4 strength to perform. If the opponent has less than 4 agility they fall down. | Genin

- Stone Pillar Lv.1 [Iwachuuseki]

- Stone Needles [Senbon no Iwa]

- Stone Clone Skill [Iwabunshin no Jutsu]
An advanced version of the Statue Clone Skill, this jutsu takes the surrounding rocks and forms them into a moving constructs that can be made to look like almost anything. The creature retains the resiliency of its previous incarnation, and even has incredible strength, but it is slow and the chakra that holds it together dissipates after a time. | Chakra- 30 (Per Clone) | Chuunin | The clones have 75 HP, 5 Strength and 1 agility. The clone breaks down after five posts.

- Earth Element; Inner Decapitation Skill [Doton; Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu]
This earth jutsu allows the user to "dive" into the ground and move around in it as if it was water, or even thin air. The user's chakra displaces the earth around him or her, moving out of the way to create a tunnel just ahead of the user. This ability allows the user to get near an opponent without notice and when below him, or even pull down the opponent to ground. This jutsu does not confer any special ability to breath through the dirt, nor does it allow one to sense things above the ground. One weakness of this jutsu is that, while the user can pass underground with great stealth, the displacement of the ground on the surface when both entering and exiting makes a faint noise. | Chakra- 35 | Advanced Chuunin | Lasts two posts

- Hidden Earth Instantaneous Body Skill [Iwagakure Shunshin no Jutsu]
An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another by slowly lowering his body to the ground and eventually become "buried" in it. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport him there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile. | Chakra- 20 | Chuunin

- Stone Pillar Lv.2 [Iwachuuseki Lv.2]
An advanced version of the Stone Pillar. With this version the pillar has several spike and blade like structures jutting out of it and it is also spinning as it comes from the ground making it hard to keep balance allowing them to possibly fall onto the spikes and get torn up by them. | Chackra - 25 (per pillar) | Damage - 40+fall damage | Chuunin

- Volcanic Rock of Pain [Kazangan no Itami]
The user sends chackra through the ground, which brings up a large rock filled with liquid hot magma. The user sends it toward their opponent and controls its movement with their chackra. - Earthen Disruption [Tsuchi Chaca]
The user takes a large amount of chackra and places it into their fist. The user then sends the punch into the ground. The chackra is sent into the ground and once there it explodes causing the opponent to be thrown upward somewhat and be hit by stray rocks flying through the air. | Chackra - 50 | Damage - 30+fall damage | Requires 7 strength to perform | Chuunin

- Earth Clone Technique [Doton; Tsuchi Bunshin no Jutsu]
By using clay and dirt in between rocks that are used to strike opponents, powerful yet fast clones can be made from the surrounding terrain. While the clones are exceptional in all ways, they only last a small amount of tine before crumbling apart. | Chakra- 40 (Per Clone) | ANBU | The clone has 100 HP, 5 Agility and 10 Strength. The bunshin lasts 5 posts.

- Earth Element; Splitting Earth Force [Doton; Retsudo Tenshou]
This causes a violent earth rift to be sent towards an opponent by slamming one's open palms on the ground and sending chakra deep in. The earth rifting force can cause unstable grounds to completely collapse, and basically crack open the ground ahead and causes changes to the landscape as well as cause some severe damage. | Chakra- 75 | Damage - 140 | Advanced ANBU

- Mausoleum Earth Dumpling [Doryou Dango]
After striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling shape chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using their immense strength, they can lift up the ball and hurl it at his opponent, flattening all in its path. | Chackra - 75 | Damage - 150 | ANBU | Requires 8 strength

- Pinball Wizard [Sennin no Pachinko]
The user summons up a ball of pure rock that is completely smooth and spherical that is about the size of a human. The user then infuses the ball with chackra and sends it towards their enemy. If the ball hits anything but flesh it will bounce off and head in the opposite direction. The user must keep feeding the ball chackra to keep it going and in doing so the boulder goes faster causing more damage. | Chackra - 70 (per boulder) +10 (every post) | Damage - 80 (per boulder) +10 (every post) | ANBU

- Bronze Clone [Doton; Douzobunshin no Jutsu]
A clone composed of the innards of the earth. It is a mixture of rock, clay, and raw bronze ore. The clay rests within the joints while the rock sits at unimportant parts and the bronze ore sits at more critical spots. With this addition of the bronze the clone is much faster but weaker than the other clones. | Chackra - 60 (Per Clone) | Jounin | The clone has 125 health 12 agility and 8 strength. The clone lasts 7 posts.

- Earth Element; Earth Barrier Prison [Doton; Kekkai Doroudoumu]
A technique which completely surrounds an opponent in a prison made of clay or earth. The user then is able to absorb the enemy's chakra through the walls. Since the walls of the prison are infused with a user's chakra, any damage taken by the prison is capable of being repaired/regenerated by that chakra. | Chakra- 80 | Chakra Damage- 20 (per post) | Advanced Jounin

- Earth Element; Earth Dome [Doton; Iwa no Doomu]
A defensive variation of "Earth Element; Earth Barrier Prison," this jutsu retains its counterpart's characteristics and more. Instead of encasing one's opponent in a dome, this jutsu enables the user to shield himself inside a thick dome of stone which is not only difficult to destroy, but also automatically repairs any damage done to it. | Chakra- 100 | Jounin

- Earth Element; Underworld Swamp [Doton; Yomi Numa]
A technique which gradually creates a large viscous swamp underneath an opponent. The enemy is unable to move once trapped within the swamp, also it has the distinct ability to subdue any chakra effect, and hence one cannot walk on it using chakra. - The Five Pillars of the Colossus [Goh Chuuseki no Colossus]
The user charges up a large amount of chackra into their hands and slams them onto the ground releasing a large amount of seals over the ground in a 50-yard radius. At five corners of the area large 5 pillars are brought up with a lone mark on them that represents chackra. The chackra in these pillars creates a special dust that counters any use of chackra. This makes any chackra based moves useless in this area. | Chackra - 150 | Effect - Negates any use of chackra | Advanced Jounin

- Land Meteor [Nagareboshichi]
The user summons up a large boulder the size of a small building and launches it at their opponent. Because of the size of the boulder and the friction the air gives it as it rolls the boulder will catch on fire making it look sort of like a meteor. | Chackra - 95 | Damage - 145 | Jounin

- Iron Clone [Tetsu Bunshin no Jutsu]
A slight upgrade to the Bronze Clone. The clone now has iron ore embedded within it. This makes it much more powerful but at the same time slows it down quite a bit. | Chackra - 80 (Per Clone)

- Earth Element; Earth Dragon Missile [Doton; Doryuudan]
In this jutsu, a large mud\stone structure appears from the ground in the shape of a dragon's face. - The Seven Pillars That Support Heaven [Shichi Tenchuu]
A more advanced version of the 5 Pillars of the Colossus. The user summons up 7 pillars that have the kanji for empty placed on them. Whoever is in the radius between the 7 pillars will be trapped and have their chackra drained at a frightening rate including the user and allies. | Chackra - 250 | Chackra Damage - 100 (every post) | S-Rank

- Total Land Shift [Zenchi Koutai]
By pushing a large amount of their chackra into the ground the user can move the earth beneath them causing massive rifts and upheaval of the nearby area. - Static Bolt Technique [Seidenki Boruto no Jutsu]
The user projects some of his chakra, which is given a positive charge, to a location. The user then gives some air in front of his open palm a negative charge, and a large static bolt jumps between the two locations. While the lightning bolt is impossible to dodge, the location that it jumps to can not change, making it very predictable - assuming that the victim knows what's coming. | Chakra- 20 | Damage- 18 | Advanced Genin

- Static Discharge Technique [Houden no Jutsu]
The user focuses his chakra onto an object (typically a metal object, although anything that conducts electricity well works) and builds up an electrical charge within the object. Once the object hits another, a large static bolt leaps from the object whatever it is in contact with. Once the electricity is discharged, the object returns to normal; the energy can only be discharged once. | Chakra- 5 | Damage- 6 | Genin | The electricity lasts five posts or until discharged.

- Magnetic Deflection Technique [Jijou Henshin no Jutsu]
A dangerous technique, this jutsu builds up a magnetic charge in a metal object with a touch, making it a magnet that draws metal objects to it. Lightning jumps back and forth between these two objects, striking anyone that touches them or gets between them. The user must be careful, for he too will be shocked if he places any part of his body between the two objects. - Current Manipulation Technique [Denryuu Tesabaki no Jutsu]

- Superconductor Skill [Dai Doutai no Jutsu]
An advanced form of the rudimentary academy skill, Dai Doutai no Jutsu differs from its parent skill in that there is no passive quality. When activated, the user absorbs ambient electricity and is able to arc it toward any fair-sized metallic objects within fifteen feet of the user to shock whomever is connected to it. - Shock Net [Dengeki no Ami]
The user creates a complex electrical current between his fingers. This current is then "cast" outward towards an opponent or object while still maintaining contact with the user's fingers. While this can be used as an attack, it is more commonly used for its magnetic properties. Any metal objects caught within the "net" are pulled by the magnetic field. - Lightning Cage Technique [Denkou no Ori no Jutsu]
This technique uses chakra to set up a powerful web of electrical currents surrounding a victim. Lightning shoots from the user's fingertips and surrounds the victim, shocking him as the current surrounds him. The cage deals little damage to those trapped within, but anyone trying to leave is in for a real shock. Unfortunately, while the cage does a good job of keeping most people inside, it also damages anyone trying to reach into the field to attack. - Lightning Screen [Denkou no Shahei]
After performing a row of hand-seals, the user places his hands on the ground and in front of him a large and powerful field of lightning erupts from the ground and lasts for a few seconds before dissipating. This field not only shocks anyone unlucky enough to touch it, it also does a good job of deflecting lightning techniques, not to mention anything involving metal. | Chakra- 100 | Damage- 75 | An endurance of 6 is needed to punch through the wall. - Static Clone Technique [Seidenki Bunshin no Jutsu]
After a row of hand-seals, several electrical fields erupt from the user's hands and form into vaguely humanoid shapes. The user sends electrical waves to a metal object, causing it to turn into an electrical magnet. - Blade of the Lightning God [Raijin no Ittou]
The user focuses chakra into either arm and collects ambient electricity into a tight lattice around the forearm and hand. - Human Lightning Rod [Hiraishin no Jintai]
The user emits a powerful field of electrical energy; anyone caught within it gains a negative charge. The user positively charges the air around him, meaning that anyone within the field is constantly shocked by lightning. Although this jutsu is almost impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. - Touch of the Lightning God [Raijin no Hadazawari]
The user gathers a large amount of chakra into his fingertips and converts it to electricity. The electricity then bursts from the fingertips and seeks out the victim. The lightning doesn't rend the flesh, but instead eletrifys the opponent, seeking out and attacking the heart and nervous system. The pain this jutsu causes is said to be unbearable. - Grasp of the Lightning God [Raijin no Haji]
The user gathers a tremendous amount of eletricity into their hands. The user then grabs the opponent with both hands and sets up a powerful current of eletricity through the opponent's body. An extremely powerful Raiton ninjutsu that requires the pinnacle of chakra control to perform. The user gathers massive amounts of chakra into his palms and flattens it out into a disc extending over each hand that absorb any ambient electricity. Once the discs have collected enough ambient energy, the user smashes his palms together, creating a deafening thunderclap accompanied by a hemispherical electric shockwave that travels outward from the hands. - Dance of the Condemned [Keito no Mai]
This jutsu, considered forbidden for its cruelty, partially shuts down a person's nervous system, sending them into a form of nervous shock that ends with the person being unable to move for a brief period. In order to perform this technique, the user must perform a long row of hand seals and then touch the victim's neck or spinal chord (touching clothing or armor in that area is fine, as long as it can't block electricity). Shuurai Tekken Do: Stages

Shokidankai: Arashinomaenoshizukesa [Initial Stage: The Calm Before the Storm]
In the first stage of learning Shuurai Tekken Do, the practitioner focuses in training on slow, fluid motion while flexing and releasing different areas of muscle. No aids are yet used to provide extra resistance to the training, only strict guidance from a good teacher with a judgemental hand. In battle, the practitioner focuses on blocking with sweeping motions and striking with fast single strikes, taking advantage of the forms learned in practice. | +2 Agility | Genin |


Nidankai: An'unteimei [Second Stage: The Gathering Stormclouds]
After a suitable duration of undertaking the first style to build on the basics, the teacher will add a tool to the practitioner's repetoire - small cups filled to the brim with a liquid. The goal of this addition is to work on the fluidity of the movements while still maintaining rigid muscle control. In battle, the practitioner's speed is noticably faster than the average nina, and while the sweeping blocks are now accompanied by extremely fast forearm and shin blocks, the single fast strike policy still stands for attacking. | + 3 Agility | Chuunin |


Sandankai: Yorunotobari [Third Stage: The Veil of Darkness]
The third stage of learning Shuurai Tekken Do is a grueling one, as whole days are sometimes spent a single position, the two cups of the previous stage being accompanied now by cups positioned on the head, shoulders, tops of the hands and feet, and on the knees. The user spends long durations in a sitting position with arms level at the shoulders, but without a chair to sit on. Sometimes, if the teacher is feeling particularly cruel, the student may be asked to try walking in a small circle while the cups are all still in place. In battle, the practitioner begins to use striking flurries in addition to the quick single strikes, as well as learning to add counters behind the now extremely fast blocks. | + 3 Agility | ANBU |


Yodankai: Haizename [Fourth Stage: The Torrential Rain]
Once the practitioner has attained what the instructor deems to be proper levels of fluidity and solidity, the cups in hand are traded in for medium-sized buckets of water with rough rope handles, which are still filled to the brim with a liquid. The rest of the cups of the previous stage are removed. This adds the extra aspect of maintaining fluidity while improving on muscle control due to the resistance of the added fluid weight. In battle, the practitioner approaches speeds that will baffle the human eye and batter the human body, but due to intense training the user will be able to control every strike, counter, and dodge to a keen precision. Strong single strikes and the occasional flurry are still the mainstay of the practitioner's offense, though there is now a considerable increase in the power behind them. | + 1 Agility, + 2 Strength | Jounin |


Saishuudankai: Tekken Tenrai no Raijin [Final Stage: The Divine Fist of Raijin]
In the final stage of Shuurai Tekken Do, the teacher acknowledges the student's abilites by leaving the last training up to him, as the learning is now essentially complete. A complete emphasis on speed should be the focus of the training in the Final Stage; some training methods used in the past include weighted training underwater, deep squats carrying livestock on the shoulders while standing under a waterfall, and other such extremes. In combat, the practitioner is now the stuff of the legends surrounding this style, seeming to be able to attack without physically moving the body from a standstill. Striking and countering become so fluid and fast that some say the blocks are almost up before the opponent's strike begins and the counter is made before the strike is retracting. | + 3 Agility | S-Rank | Sample RP should preferably deal with close combat and/or training methods for this stage |

Description: User bites both of his thumbs as the user also performs handseals.The user will then streak the blood across both arms.As the neccesary handseals are performed the sky darkens and lightning stikes as a strong gust appears and it starts raining. as through the lightened clouds you can see claws and white shining skin coming out of it.
Then suddenly a monster comes out of it. [ Look at the picture ]. This Monster is bigger than every Bijuu. It is also more powerful. This dragon can do a few techniques.THIS MONSTER CAN ONLY BE SUMMONED BY THE ELEMENTAL STAGE USERS(ME)

wind form:The dragon will swing his arms sending large sharp shockwaves of wind at ur opponent and summon wind sheilds.

water form:The dragon will open its mouth and send large bombs at their oppeonent.Also this version can summon a tsunami and waves at will.

fire form:The dragon will open its mouth and send a huge fireball with destructive power at their opponent.

earth form: The dragon will hide underground then when the moment is right cause a huge earthquake powerfulk enough to freeze ur oppoenent for 2 posts.

lightning form: The dragon will summon large storm clouds then he will send a bolt of lightning and thunder at their opponent in the shape of a spear the shape of which the gods have.

Elemental beam:The dragon will open its mouth and a large tri beam with all elements form and then in a instant with the thunders element it will speed it up sending it at their opponent.

Elements consist of these 5 sub-elements (The 5 Elements): fire, water,lightning, wind, earth. If one was to master this it would most certainly make you somewhat stronger. For one to master this he/she would need at least half a year of non-stop training harnessing the power of elements and have all understanding of what the elements true nature is and what things it can do .If one was to master this power like stated before the person will turn into the master of elements. The user no longer has anything except for the thought of the elements. In return the elements gives the user power. Making the user stronger by 2 Fold and giving him control over The 5 elements for more power going through 6 Stages.(The higher the stages the more you start to lose your bodies well being)

Stages

1.Fire: People with an emphasis on the fire element tend to be outgoing, inspirational and 'fiery'. When expressed well these people often are an inspiration to others, are quite moral and can be very creative. If the person has difficulty expressing or experiencing the more enjoyable aspects of the fire element they may become selfish, risk-takers and/or inclined to give in to their passions too easily. A lack of representation of this element can indicate a lack of initiative, inspiration and difficulty in becoming inspired.the users chakra will go up 2 folds when this stage is activated and the physical strength of the user increases and fire jutsu’s powers go up in power by 3 folds.

2.Earth: An emphasis on this element indicate a practical, cautious, and pragmatic approach to life. In the majority of cases there is the need to build solid, 'real' material success, ie, car, home, career succeess. Earthy people may benefit from connecting to the earth element via gardening, pottery, facial mud packs, etc. Long range planning and the determination to succeed are strong traits for this element, as is melancholy, greed and fear if taken too far. A person with a lack of earth may find it difficult to live in the 'real' world and to keep themselves grounded. Their expectations in general may be a little unrealistic. The users chakra will increase 4 folds.Earth jutsu’s will go up in power.

3.Wind: Airy people are usually natural communicators. On a positive note they are great and conceptual tasks and often tend to 'have their head in the clouds'! I usually find that people with this element emphasised are extroverted and enjoy being exposed to different ideas, knowledge is quite important to them. On the down side though, they may be so busy living in their head that they lose touch with reality. The lack of air in a birth chart can indicate difficulty in the expression of that person. Communication of ideas and the ability to conceptualise may prove difficult...By activating this stage the users speed will increase to a speed the sharingan eye cannot see.

4.Water:: When the water element is emphasised in a person's natal chart they are usually quite emotional - even if they don't show it (still waters run deep). Confinement is not something these people deal well with, they are usually quite resourceful. On a positive level watery people are caring, emotional and artistic, but can also tend to exaggerate feelings out of proportion and live in a fantasy world. When a person's chart lacks water, there is the tendency for them to find it difficult to understand the feeling side of life and to show compassion to those around them grants the user by improving his power to 7 fold.the users water jutsu’s power will increase greatly.

5.Lightning:: lightning element is the final and strongest stage of all.This element is unknown about what it is but mastering this element is not needed.The user will increase his strength and speed by 7 folds.After this stage the body starts to get devoured by the power and the user slowly weakens.

6. Elemental control::This is the final and strongest stage of all.This is the ultimate source of all the other stages.This requires elemental control from all the other element and stages.Once the user lets this take over the user will gain god like strength in mind,body,and will power..In this stage the physical bodyt starts to rot away from the immense power and the user will lose himself after a short period of time.This increases all the elements jutsu’s by 20 folds but the more jutsu’s he uses the more faster the users body rots.If the user stays this way for more then 3 posts of his own he will survive and turn to normal but more then that will be sudden death.







Light consists of 7 sub elements ( called the 7 virtues )
. If one was to master this it would most certainly make you good. For one to master this he/she would need at least 1 year of non-stop training harnessing the power of light and have all understanding of what light is and what things it can do.If one was to master this power like stated before the person will turn good as the light takes over the person's mind.The user no longer has anything sense of evil and corruptness, or greed anothing to do with evil.In return the light gives the user unbeliveable power.Making the user stronger by 3 Fold and giving him control over The 7 virtues for more power going through 7 Stages.(The higher the stages the more you start to lose your mind,body,and soul to the light) The virtues are Valor,Love,Justice,Mercy,Compassion,And Holyness

The First Virtue

Valor: Courage, also known as bravery, will, intrepidity, and fortitude, is the ability to confront fear, pain, risk/danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. "Physical courage" is courage in the face of physical pain, hardship, or threat of death, while "moral courage" is the courage to act rightly in the face of popular opposition, shame, scandal, or discouragement. Chakra goes up 4 folds and the user gains much more strength when activated.

The second virtue

Love: Love represents a range of human emotions and experiences related to the senses of affection and sexual attraction. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. This diversity of meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states. boosts his speed to a speed faster than any eye can read and his power to 5 fold.

The third virtue

Justice: Justice refers to the distribution of things and position of people within society. Closely linked to fairness, views of what constitutes justice vary from society to society (and person to person), but some concept of justice is one of the key features of social organisation. It can also refer to the administration of law within a society. Light will take over and grant the user 6 folds of power.

The fourth virtue

Mercy: can refer both to compassionate behaviour on the part of those in power (e.g. mercy shown by a judge toward a convict) or on the part of a humanitarian third party (e.g. a mission of mercy aiming to treat war victims). Mercy is a term used to describe the leniency or compassion shown by one person to another, or a request from one person to another to be shown such leniency or unwarranted compassion for a crime or wrongdoing. One of the basic virtues of chivalry, it is also related to concepts of justice and morality in behaviour between people. The light grants the user maximum speed boost.

The fifth virtue

Compassion: Compassion is a profound and positive human emotion prompted by the pain of others. More vigorous than empathy, the feeling commonly gives rise to an active desire to alleviate another's suffering. It is often, though not inevitably, the key component in what manifests in the social context as altruism. In ethical terms, the various expressions down the ages of the so-called Golden Rule embody by implication the principle of compassion: Do to others as you would have done to you. Ranked a great virtue in numerous philosophies, compassion is considered in all the major religious traditions as among the greatest of virtues.The pressure from the power starts to hurt the user but their power increases to 7 folds.

The sixth Virtue

Guilt is the fact, state, or verdict (by a court or other tribunal), of an offence, crime, violation, or wrong committed, especially against moral or penal law. Guilt is also a cognitive or an emotional experience that occurs when a person realizes or believes - whether justified or not - that he or she has violated a moral standard and is responsible for that violation. It is closely related to the concept of remorse.The users power goes to his maximum limit. The light is slowly killing the user from inside.

The Final Virtue

Holy:Holiness, or sanctity, is the state of being holy or sacred, that is, set apart for the worship or service of gods. It could also mean being set apart to pursue (or to already have achieved) a sacred state or goal. It is often ascribed to people, objects, times, or places.This is the final virtue and can last 3 posts. The users mind, body, and soul is now fully in the light.In this the user is being killed inside at a faster rate.The user will have 3 posts to return to normal and nothing happens to the user but if the user goes more then 4 posts he will sureley die.

Descriptiom:The natural advancement of the Incendiary Explosive Technique, this jutsu super-heats the tag by slowly adding chakra to it and then causes the tag to explode. This sends bits and pieces of the adhesive paper everywhere, slowly burning their victims. Unlike other jutsu utilizing explosive tags, it's generally inefficient to use this jutsu as a trap, since delaying the explosion of this jutsu costs chakra. In addition, you can not wait for the tag to be close before using this jutsu, it must be touching you for it to first activate (as in, hold the charge). Effect lasts three posts before ending. Rapid cooling of the jutsu can end the jutsu prematurely, but cooling the material enough to do so is very difficult, especially given that the napalm is all over the body instead of one spot. Dead Demon Consuming Seal

Description:A sealing (fuuin) jutsu so secret, suicidal, powerful, and forbidden, only the Third (Sandaime) and Fourth (Yondaime) Hokages were able to learn and use it. However, such a powerful technique comes with a great sacrifice, as the user will die performing it. After performing the hand seals, a Death God (Shinigami) "materializes" and hovers behind the user who (being the one who made a contract with the Death God) is the only one capable of seeing him at the meantime. As the Death God appears, the user's soul "materializes" in front of him and is readily entangled with some of the Death God's long hair. The user must then be in close proximity with the target and grasp him to begin the extraction of the target's soul. Once the user invokes upon the Death God, the Death God reaches its arm out as it passes through the user's soul and emerges in front of the user's chest. The arm then grasps the soul of the target and starts pulling it off from the body. At this stage, the target is most likely unable to move or perform any sort of jutsu, though there are few exceptions (like Orochimaru's ability to mentally control Kusanagi). Furthermore, the target is now able to see the Death God himself. The Death God can optionally sever any part of the target's soul using his long blade at the user's bidding. When this happens, that part is devoured by the Death God and the corresponding part of the target's body "dies off" ,rendering it unusable, the "dead" part also continues to rot which causes immense pain to the victim eventually leading to death. The effectiveness of the jutsu is only as good as the current amount of chakra, strength, and will-power of the user, and this determines how much of the target's soul can be extracted out of his body. Thus the jutsu can become a failure, and regardless of this, the user's soul will still be consumed by the Death God and he dies. But when the target's soul or a part of it is taken, it can get sealed immediately at the user's command and a seal the same as Naruto's appears on the user's chest. When the whole of the target's soul is taken, the Death God devours both their souls as they die, intertwining them in hatred, locking the two souls in an eternal battle inside the Death God's stomach where they can never escape. This jutsu can also be performed through shadow clones and with them he can seal the souls of multiple targets, though the user's soul will be sealed,

Orochimaru retrieves his Kusanagi by opening his mouth and extending a snake which then opens its mouth and produces the sword. Orochimaru was seen producing the sword handle first so he could use it freely, or blade first to attack his oppoenent instantly. The sword can extend its blade to attack from afar and it can cut through almost anything. The Kusanagi appears differently from the manga to the anime. In the manga, the Kusanagi looks more like a standard katana, while in the anime its a guardless, double-edged jian.

- Ball of Rain
The user starts running and form the necessary handseals and the rain stops in the air, and the palm will be a medium which will work as a magnet for rain drops which draws to the user palm and strengthen the attack and when the ball of rain hits the opponent it explodes towards the enemy and pushes him away and leaves an open attack for the user | Chakra - 40 | Damage - 50 | ANBU | Must be raining

- Endless Rain of Spears [Yari no Kirinonai Kouu]
By using chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place, the user creates spears of water in the clouds. If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The most unique water elemental technique in that it doesn't actually use water. Instead it alters the chemical makeup of rain to turn it into black oil. - Wall of Rain
The user do the nescesary handseals and holds both hands with open palms in front of the user, a large wall falls down in front of the user, made out of water. The user must hold both hands into the wall. This wall has 30 health and prevents fire attacks and most taijutsu but can be penetrated easily by earth and is very vurnable to lightning attacks. - Endless Rain of the Spiral Spears [Rasen Yari no Kirinonai Kouu]
An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. - Water Element; Rain Dragon Skill [Suiton; Kouryuu no Jutsu]
A powerful jutsu that's into motion the creation of a dragon made of clouds. Although it takes some to actually appear (1 post), the dragon itself is very powerful and adds a level of versatility previously unknown to rain-based techniques. The dragon swoops down from the sky and onto the battlefield. Not only is it capable of shooting a spiral rain spear (40 damage) from any point on its body once per post, but it is capable of directing a small rainstorm from its body. This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized. | Chakra- 200 | Advanced Jounin | Must be raining. Dragon lasts five posts.



- Dark Rain
The user forms the nescesary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transperant. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming | Chakra - 150 | S-rank | Preferable used at night | Every rain technique will be dark as the night and hard to see, this is a tactical technique | Must be raining | Lasts 3 posts

- Flight of the Rain Dragons [Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu]
After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed (which takes 1 post), each of the dragons is capable of emitting a spiral rain spear (40 damage) every turn. A technique that focuses chakra into the hands to form a blade of energy. The blade is capable of severing internal blood vessels and muscles during battle without breaking the skin. - Muscle Seeker [Zuiikin Shiikaa no Jutsu]

- Physical Stimulant Technique [Zuiikin Yobimizu no Jutsu]
The user touches the patient and sends a small amount of chakra into the brain. The chakra causes the release of endorphins and adrenalin, inducing a fight or flight response. ANBU

- Anatomic Analysis Skill [Kaibougaku Aneraiza no Justu]
After making physical contact, the user sends weak chakra pulses throughout the body. The chakra has no direction but instead follows along the patient's body normally. The pulses can then be read, giving a detailed analysis of the patient's body. Although performing the actual technique is very easy, reading the feedback is feat only trained professionals can accomplish. | Non-Battle Skill | ANBU

- Circle of Regeneration [Taisha no En]
The user places the patient within a large circle and places his hands in two smaller circles located close by. A biological medium (such as hair) is taken from the user and strung from the user to the patient. Chakra is moved through the seal and medium to the wounds of the victim, restoring them with great efficiency, even to the point of reattaching limbs. More elaborate versions of this jutsu utilizing multiple medical ninja at once have been known to exist. | Chakra- 75 | Healed Damage- 150 | ANBU

- Healing Wave Technique [Chiyu Shuuha no Jutsu]
While the healing hand technique is the choice of most medical ninja, sometimes the patient simply can't be gotten to in time to be healed. In those instances, this technique is used to heal them from afar. This jutsu focuses chakra into the hands of the user and then projects it towards the patient. While this jutsu is just as efficient at healing as the healing hands technique, this jutsu does cost considerably more chakra. | Chakra- 40(Inc4) | Healed Damage 40(Inc4) | ANBU | Must know the Healing Hand Technique.

- Harvest of Life [Karitoru Itonami no Jutsu]
Considered an abomination of a technique by most in the medical profession, this jutsu uses touch to transmit some of the user's chakra into the victim, after which the chakra seeks out and sucks the energy out of the victim's cells. That energy is transmitted back into the user, were it is used to regenerate his own body. | Chakra- 30(Inc3) | Damage- 30(Inc3) | Healed Damage 30(Inc3) | Advanced ANBU

- Physical Transformation Technique [Kenkoubi Henjiru no Jutsu]
This jutsu utilizes an altered form of the Healing Hands Technique to change the patient's appearance. In effect, the user rewrites how the patient is healed, so that he or she is regenerated in a new fashion as to change their physical appearance. Size, skin and hair tone can all be changed, although nothing as drastic such as the addition of limbs can be added, but height and weight can be altered. The changes made by this jutsu are completely real, not illusionary or fake in any way. | Chakra- 30 | ANBU

- Purification technique [Kakusei no jutsu] [Kakusei no jutsu]
An advanced medical technique, this jutsu uses the chakra to delve into the patient's body where it freely seeks out, isolates, and removes toxins and other alien forces from the body. The jutsu is not perfect and some trace amounts of toxin may still remain in the body, so providing an antidote is still highly advised. | Chakra- 75 | Removes most poisons from the body and ends their effect | ANBU

- Restorative Touch [Fokusu Ijiru no Jutsu]
Through touch, this jutsu channels chakra to perform minor, invasive surgery to the target, strengthening muscles and bodily functions. | Chakra- 15 (Inc3) | Restores two stat points per increment | ANBU

- Tranquilization Technique [Annonbuji no Jutsu]
This jutsu uses chakra to break down the chakra and nervous system temporarily. The breakdown renders the muscles around the area touched unable to move for a short amount of time. | Chakra- 50 | ANBU | Effect lasts 3 posts.

- Cellular Degeneration [Akka no Saibou]
Through physical contact, the user sends a wave of chakra through the victim's body. The wave of chakra breaks down cells into simple chemicals, literally rotting the part of the body touched and a large area around it. Both incredibly painful and devastating, this jutsu is considered forbidden do to the inhumane way in which it destroys its victims. | Chakra- 75 | Damage- 150 | Kinjutsu

- Chakra Poisoning Technique [Chakra Gekiyaku no Jutsu]
By using a touch as medium, an experienced medical-nin can place some of his or her chakra into the victim. The chakra flows through the victim's inner coil system naturally until he attempts to use his chakra to perform a jutsu. When that happens the user's chakra reacts violently with the victim's, causing a major disruption within the person's body that not only cancels the intended jutsu, but also causes an extreme amount of stress on the victim's body. | Chakra- 100 | Whenever the victim uses a jutsu that requires chakra, that jutsu is canceled (chakra cost is still paid) and the victim takes damage equal to the amount of chakra spent. The effect wears off after three posts or once the victim performs a jutsu. | Jounin

- Dead Soul Skill [Shikon no Jutsu]
A technique in which the user is able to control the bodies of the dead by making their hearts beat for a short period of time. The dead body is just as strong in death as it was in life, though it retains none of the knowledge of its life and acts only on the actions of the user. | Chakra- 50 | The corpse has the same stats as it did in life, save for HP, which is unaffected by endurance | Jounin | The body again dies after five posts

- Emergency Provisions Technique [Fuji Junbi no Jusu]
Many times a medical ninja isn't given enough time to properly heal someone. It's in those cases that this jutsu is used. By forming an extra amount of chakra, the user is able to perform two additional medical jutsu simultaneously. The user can even perform the same medical jutsu twice. | Chakra- 20 | Jounin

- Life Link [Itonami Musubu no Jutsu]
The user attaches several chakra strings to multiple patients' tenketsu. This allows the user to fuse their chakra flows, but not their chakra supply. Any force inflicted upon the patient is applied to everyone else the strings are attached to and visa versa. This jutsu basically lets others take on some of the pain the other person is experiencing. While, in theory, this jutsu could be used offensively, attaching the strings to the tenketsu is a very precise business, making it incredibly easy to dodge, even if the victim isn't trying. | Chakra- 50 (Per Person, Every Post) | Half the damage inflicted to anyone under is instead split among everyone else in the link. | Advanced Jounin

- Reactive Regeneration Technique [Saisei Kousei no Jutsu]
The user implants some of his or her chakra into the patient. The chakra then sits within the patient's body and flows through his chakra circulatory system. The chakra is healing in nature, and adapts to the patient's body to best heal him or her. The chakra can be activated with a mere thought on the part of the user, but it will also trigger if the patient is severely injured. A common tactic is actually to use this jutsu on someone before they are harmed, after which the chakra is used to instantly heal the patient. | Chakra- 30(Inc3) | Healed Damage- 50(Inc3) | Jounin | The chakra dissipates after five posts if not used. The chakra can not be used to heal in the same post it's implanted.

- Strength of my Enemy [Ada Dairiki no Jutsu]
The use of this jutsu is considered taboo to most medical nins. Through physical contact, the user places a small amount of chakra into the victim's body. The chakra seeks out the muscles and takes their energy before returning to the user and using that energy to strengthen his own muscles. In effect, this jutsu saps the strength and physical abilities of the victim and implants it upon the user. The added chakra dissipates from the user after a while, but the damage to the victim lasts until he or she rests to regain strength or is healed. | Chakra- 30(Inc3) | Reduce the victim's strength, agility, endurance, or accuracy by 1 (Inc3) and increase the user's same stat by that amount. | Advanced Jounin | Effect on the user lasts for 4 posts

- Symbiosis Technique [Kyousei no Jutsu]
The user breaks apart his own body on the cellular level and appears to melt into the "host", inevitably disappearing completely within the his or her body. The entire experience is slow and violent, making it impractical to use on anyone but an ally and outside the heat of battle. The user is capable of extending any of his limbs out of the host's chest, stomach, or back. The user can even perform jutsu while inside the host, though he must extend out his hands to perform the hand seals to do so. The host acts as a shield, protecting the user from harm. The only way to attack the user while this jutsu is active is to strike any of the user's limbs that are protruding from the host's body. The host is capable of expunging the user by expelling a large amount of chakra. This jutsu is commonly used on bodies that have been animated by the Dead Soul Skill. | Chakra- 50 (Every Post) | Advanced Jounin | The host may expunge the user at the cost of 80 chakra.

- Cellular Regeneration [Saisei no Saibou]
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses all of their chakra into one part of their body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of the body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. | Chakra- 200 | Effect- Nullify the effects of any one attack | S-Rank | The effect wears off the post after the technique is used.

- Body and Soul Fusion Technique [Irounaku Youyuu no Jutsu]
The user attaches several chakra strings from his tenketsu to the patient's. Their chakra circulatory systems completely merge. Both spiritual energy and physical energy is transmitted through the strings as the two bodies become one. Theoretically, this jutsu could be used offensively, but the jutsu requires that the partner stay perfectly still. Additionally, the partners can not be more then 30 yards from one another or the jutsu fails. | Chakra- 100 (Every Post) | The user's and the patient's Chakra and HP are merged into one. After the jutsu ends, the damage done to the whole and the chakra missing from the maximum is distributed evenly between the two participants. | S-Rank | If chakra strings are already attached from the user's tenketsu to the partners (such as after using the Life Link or Strength of the Whole techniques) then this jutsu can be activated simply by paying the chakra cost as though you were up keeping it.

- Strength of the Whole [Atamakazu no jutsu]
The user attaches several chakra strings from his tenketsu to the patient's. The strings enter both bodies and attach to the muscles, linking the energies within both bodies. This allows both participants to pull upon the strengths of the other while losing none of his own strengths. Theoretically, this jutsu could be used offensively, but the jutsu requires that the partner stay perfectly still. Additionally, the partners can not be more then 30 yards from one another or the jutsu fails. | Chakra- 80 (Every Post) | The participants both use the highest strength, agility and accuracy score between the two of them. For instance, if one of them has a strength of 10 and the other a strength of 5, then they both are considered to have a strength 10. | S-Rank | If chakra strings are already attached from the user's tenketsu to the partners (such as after using the Life Link or Body and Soul Fusion Techniques) then this jutsu can be activated simply by paying the chakra cost as though you were up keeping
